  • We have provided deals to our clients which have generated a minimum of 15% Return of Investment to a maximum of 50% Return on Investment (which is a very rare case).
  • We have had deals in the past from as little as £100,000 ranging up to £1,000,000,000 development project in the city. There is no limit to your investment.
  • A face to face meeting is recommended and certainly an available option, however most of our existing clients we personally speak with over the phone and via email.
  • No, it is common for us to deal with first time investors which we have a special package for where we happily provide additional assistance and guidance to make the transaction as smooth and swift as possible.
  • We have a special package for first time investors and clients who don’t have as much time available on their hands where we source the property, arrange funding (if necessary), employ an architect to work on the project, obtain builders quotes, complete the project from start to finish and sell or let out the properties thereafter.
  • With all our deals we organise the memorandum of sale in house and issue to all parties, assist in chasing and progressing the transaction throughout the conveyancing stage till point of completion/handover.
